Fall 2010 Sibling Registration

Product Information

This is good for 1 sibling registration at a  discounted rate of $90.00.  The sibling discount can be applied to multiple siblings; however, the sibling discount is only valid with the purchase of 1 regular registration. Each registration purchased online will be charged an additional $3.00 to cover the PayPal fees.  Upon completion of the purchase, follow these steps:

 1)      Print out a receipt to bring to registration

 2)       Bring  your completed player registration form to registration

 3)       Bring a copy of each child’s birth certificate (only required for players that have not registered with Horsethief Canyon Soccer Association before).

You must attend one of the regular registration dates to qualify for this price and have purchased a regular registration.  If you do not attend one of the regular registration dates you will be required to pay a late fee of $20.00 per player registered.
