Fall 2010 Registration

Product Information

This is good for 1 player registration at a  rate of $100.00.  Each registration purchased online will be charged an additional $3.00 to cover the PayPal fees.  If you are registering multiple children in your household the first child will need to be a regular registration.  For each additional child can can purchase a registration at the sibling rate.  If you have any questions please send an e-mail to info@horsethiefsoccer.com

Upon completion of the purchase, follow these steps:

1)       Print out a receipt to bring to registration

2)       Bring  your completed player registration form to registration

3)       Bring a copy of each child’s birth certificate (only required for players that have not registered with Horsethief Canyon Soccer Association before).

You must attend one of the regular registration dates to qualify for this price.  If you do not attend one of the regular registration dates you will be required to pay a late fee of $20.00 per player registered.
